About BnB Whangaruru

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a smart TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The ensuite bathroom includes free toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer. Three of the rooms have queen beds and 1 room has a King bed. Each room has access to the deck with their own table and chairs overlooking the harbour (our guests enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck in the evening).

Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge which has panoramic views of the harbour as well as the surrounding hillsides back to the Russell Forest.

Breakfast is served in the dining area or at the 2 large tables on the deck and consists of fresh milk from our cows, homemade butter, yogurt, jams and honey to go with our fresh eggs and bread made daily. Cereals and a cooked option are also available.

Dinner is available by prior arrangement.

There is ample secure and free guest parking

There is plenty to do and see in the area such as body surfing (boards supplied free of charge), harbour fishing (extra charge) hiking both forest and coastal, kauri trees and many secluded beautiful beaches as well as the historic places such as Waitangi and Russell to visit.

Guests are welcome to roam the property via the tracks and can also come and meet the animals such as alpacas, horses, goats and pigs.
