You will have exclusive use of the home when staying with us. The Homestead is a "Home away from Home" and has everything you need including full kitchen and laundry, separate dining, Gymnasium, Netflix, Indoor and Outdoor games, hot tub and solar heated pool, BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating areas.

We in a quiet no exit road and yet close to the motorway making it the perfect stop off point from the airport and for visiting Auckland and Coromandel. Our closest town, Pukekohe is 15 minutes drive and only 5 minutes to golf, a local Superette and takeaways. Award winning restaraunt Bracu is 7 minutes.

Please note that guests/people on the property can not exceed the numbers booked for during your stay. If you do expect others to visit the property ie, makeup/hair etc, please see our website for package prices or contact the host prior to booking. Although you get the entire Homestead to yourself, some rooms may be unavailable dependant on numbers booked. Room rates are for two people sharing a room. Please be aware that the hosts live on the property in a separate cottage in the property and there is a friendly dog on the property.

Feeling stressed, tired & need to unwind? Tracy's Boutique BnB Farmstay has 56 hectares (110 acres) nestled in a rural valley that is only 3kms from State Highway 1, 17 kms North of Warkworth and less than one hour from Auckland's Harbour Bridge.

We are a dry stock farm (beef) with a rare cattle breed, White Galloways that originate from Scotland. There are also pasture goats and Orpington poultry (heritage breed). There is a natural wetland described as, 'a rare gem’.

Open the bedroom doors to the tranquility of the garden, sit on your private deck and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine in the sun and listen to all the birds who visit our garden.
The comfortable lounge has tea and organic plunger coffee. Fridge, continental breakfast items are supplied. Microwave provided Relax there with a book, enjoy the garden view or watch TV.
The master bedroom has a luxurious super king bed walk-in wardrobe ensuite with shower, robes provided
The second bedroom has twin beds, a separate bathroom with shower and a bath and separate toilet

The 80m2 private cottage is fully self-contained, with a spacious kitchen, living area, separate bedroom (King bed), bathroom and laundry. The property has expansive gardens and solar heated swimming pool. Toiletries, robes, hairdryer, indoor and outdoor games and gym are also included.

We’re close to the motorway, making this the perfect stop-off point for travelling south, or while heading to Auckland Airport. In addition, local wedding venues Bracu, Tabula Rasa and Maxwell’s Golf Retreat, are just minutes away.

Set up with everything you need for an overnight or longer stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and laundry contains both washing machine and dryer.

In addition to the cottage, guests are welcome to make themselves at home in garden, and pool area. If you’re interested in the kiwifruit orchard, we’d be more than happy to give you a tour of the grounds. The Cottage has its own lockbox so you can arrive at anytime.

Our accommodation consist of a large studio apartment with en suite kitchenette and own separate entrance especially good for people who want a longer stay. As we are in unusual circumstances with the Covid 19 we offer a comfortable private apartment for our guest with extra attention to cleanliness and safety for our guest. We will clean all the door handles and surfaces that are normally used when in the accommodation. We will leave an ample amount of breakfast food in the apartment for our guest so that you can prepare your own breakfast.
We will be as hospitable as possible with social distancing in mind.

We have 2 cafes on our street, a 10 minute walk to a local pizza bar, bakery and dairy. A 15 minute walk away is a small shopping center with banks, hairdresser, Medical Clinic, Supermarket and specialty shops. A 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Mission Bay famous for reserve on beach, has a variety of restaurants, 4 different bars and a movie theater.

Guest often comment on how convenient we are to the city of Auckland by bus and/or by their on car.

Maxwells Golf Retreat was set up in year 2000 by Kaye Maxwell a former NZ Golf Champion. Kaye wanted a Retreat for people to be able to chill out, learn to play golf if they wanted or just enjoy being out in the countryside. She wanted her 2 children to experience growing up with the farm animals right next door as she had done. Kaye's love of golf and people is what makes Maxwell's Golf Retreat a unique NZ experience. The Clubhouse hosts private functions, corporate meetings as well as being a little hub for the community with Cafe & Bar. On Friday nights it opens as a Restaurant and Wednesday - Sunday has a Cafe Open. Local shopping in Pukekohe is only a 10 minute drive with an extensive range of shops.

With stunning views across the foothills of the Waitakere Ranges all with way to Sky City, this newly renovated 5 bedroom house has all the comforts of home. The house is light and airy with plenty of living space and generous sized bedrooms.

The luxury master bedroom suite has a full sized walk in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom.

Being on the edge of the Waitakere Ranges it's a great spring board for the west coast beaches, walks in the ranges, and is handy to west Auckland's wineries and wedding venues.

We are located in North Shore, Auckland, and only 6 min-driving away from Albany shopping centre - with one of the largest Westfield shopping malls. The self-contained unit has a huge kitchen island, indoor and outdoor (a massive deck with 2 sun umbrellas) dining areas with fantastic countryside views. An air-conditioner and a fireplace mainly control the temperature of the unit. Heaters are installed in bathrooms specifically for winter. Outside of the house, you can enjoy the silence and peacefulness of nature and more importantly, our 3 Ha land is even big enough for mini hiking! Unfortunately, we do not allow any parties, but you are more than welcome to enjoy some drinks and soft music with your family and friends. Come on! Our hospitable hosts cannot wait to meet you here!

Privacy:
Technically, we are on the other side of the building, but you and we will be separated, except for the laundry. You will have privacy in bedrooms, bathrooms and living area.

This exclusive accommodation adjoining Orewa Beach is offered for both short or long stays by arrangement and you will be the only guests at the property during your stay.

This 'Boutique Suite' is ground floor and comprises a Master bedroom with Queen bed and lounge seating area plus a single bedroom which can accommodate 2 single beds for family bookings.
Both bedrooms are separated by the en-suite shower and toilet facilities.

Although the separate service/laundry facility is maintained fully provisioned for Continental Style breakfast with 'free range' eggs, yogurt, cereals, fruit, milk and breads all of which is included in our normal tariff, there is also a 'self catering/provisioning' option available at a lower tariff!

For enjoyment of Orewa Beach we provide body boards for the surf and there are also 2 adults cycles for use on the extensive cycle ways of Orewa and Silverdale areas - (At No extra cost)

Maps of walking, cycle ways and bush-walks together with other information on the area including the many dining options of local restaurants, cafes and bars (just a short walk down the beach!) are located in your suite.

All rooms open out onto the deck area surrounded by the private garden courtyard, which along with the entry is lit up through midnight for your use and enjoyment during your stay with us.

NOTE: You will be our only guests over your booked period and Free off-street/security lit parking for your vehicle is directly in front of accommodation.
