Country Villa was originally built in Auckland in 1906 and ninety years later was relocated to this idyllic site just outside Rotorua. Surrounded by large gardens with many native birds and enjoying superb views over the Lake, a stay here will give you a restful haven after busy days seeing the sights of Rotorua and its surrounds.

The Rose Room, Verdi Room & Country Corner Room are our three well appointed Queen size double rooms. All have ensuite bathrooms (Own Bath/Shower & Toilet). One is especially suitable for the elderly or disabled. (Wheelchair Access).

In addition, upstairs we have a 2 bedroom suite with private bath/toilet facilities, consisting of 1 queen/single and one twin room. This suite is available for families or other “single party” bookings who will not mind sharing the bathroom.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast. Fresh seasonal fruitsalad with our homemade muesli and yogourt. Try our freshly baked bread. Also a choice of homemade jams and each morning a "surprise" hot dish of the day. Fresh coffee and a great selection of teas available.

Our accommodation includes three separate central heated buildings, situated on a cute 3 acre town farm right in the city suburbs of Rotorua. Depending on the size of your group, you may need just the small Cabin, or all three buildings including Cottage & Sleepout.

Our self contained rental homes are perfect for event venue, family gatherings, reunions, group vacations, birthdays, wedding parties, stag dos, hen’s evenings, school sports teams, and mountainbiking events like Enduro and Crankworx. Combined, these can sleep 18 individually or up to 24 when couples share doubles.

Your hosts, Shami, Dave and our 2 cats, "Lucky" the maitre d and "Blanca" the Queen. Shami & Dave are a married couple who have lived in Rotorua for over 15 years. They balanced their time between NZ and California (USA). Both are passionate about meeting and hosting people. They have six children and twelve grandchildren spread across the globe, and really enjoy travelling abroad whenever they get the chance.

Shami loves cooking. If you are fortunate enough to book an evening meal with Shami, you are in for a gourmet delight served with a glass of their finest wine. Light continental breakfasts are free, but an extra charge applies for cooked. Shami's famous homestyle cooked breakfasts are legendry. Other meals including fine dining can be available on request.

Dave loves a good chat. He knows Rotorua like the back of his hand and works in tourism, so if you are wanting to know the best things to do, he would be more than happy to provide recommendations.

Haven Homestay Rotorua is a stylish and comfortable B&B run by your friendly hosts, Peter and Mike, who are very knowledgeable of the Rotorua area and its many attractions having operated another successful B&B in Rotorua for over 11 years.

Offering 2 well-appointed upstairs rooms with quality beds and linen and dedicated bathrooms (one has an ensuite, the other is across the hall).

Guests are free to use the beautiful shared lounge and dining room overlooking the sunny, private garden/courtyard area with a deluxe hydrotherapy spa pool, outdoor table setting and sun-loungers.

We offer Breakfast each morning consisting of fresh fruit salad, cereals, yoghurt, toast and spreads as well as a cooked breakfast should you wish. Drinks include tea, ground coffee and juices.

We have 2 spacious and stylish ensuited B&B rooms, both with balconies and wide views. There are tea/ coffee making facilities, a bar fridge and heat pump. A guest lounge is available. Continental and cooked breakfast served. For the cooked breakfast, choose from eggs benedict, the big breakfast (bacon, eggs etc) or pancakes with caramelised banana. Enjoy a coffee from our commercial-grade coffee machine.

The Apartment is 70 m2 and sleeps up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 singles or a king. In the living/dining area there's a pull-out sofa bed, providing further sleeping options. A cot is also available. The kitchenette is well-equipped, with a single induction cooktop, electric frying pan, rice cooker, microwave, and full-sized fridge. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and basic condiments for cooking are provided. There is a heat pump in the living area and heaters in the bedrooms. There’s a combined bathroom and laundry. Breakfast is not provided.

The B&B rooms and the Apartment have smart TVs with access to Netflix. There is free WiFi throughout and free parking.

Mountain bike enthusiasts? We provide safe storage and a workshop with a bike stand and tools. We are 5-minutes’ drive to the Redwoods/Whakarewarewa Forest mountain bike park. Dale is happy to take you for a guided ride suited to your level.

BLOSSOM COTTAGE Bed & Breakfast in Rotorua is a self-catering accommodation in vintage-style for families, friends and romantic couples. The self-contained cottage has two luxurious bedrooms: one Queen and one Twin bedroom, bathroom with spacious shower, kitchen, television, heat pump, air-conditioning, laundry, bbq, deck with outdoor furniture and private HOT TUB. The accommodation has free wi-fi and breakfast provisions. This farmstay-style, luxurious retreat has mountain and forest views and ample parking. Toys and playground for the children. $280 per night for two people, additional adults or children $60 and cot $20. (maximum 4 beds, 1 portable bed and 1 cot).

ORCHARD STUDIO is beautifully decorated in French vintage-style. This Rotorua accommodation has a Queen bed, kitchenette, dining area, couch, television, heat-pump and air-conditioning, deck with outdoor furniture and private use of the SAUNA. Stunning views of an orchard, forest and rolling countryside. $260 for two people.

THE VINTAGE ROOM is a spacious, luxurious accommodation with vintage decor and antique furniture. The guest-suite has a Super King bed, ensuite, heat pump, television, fridge, microwave, toaster, couch and dining table. The accommodation guests have private use of the Scandinavian SAUNA. This guest-suite has views of the garden and countryside. Breakfast provided in the Vintatge Room.

All options have free wi-fi, parking, animal feed, sauna and breakfast. Hot tub at Blossom Cottage only.
