Kaikoura accommodation

We offer you a warm and friendly welcome to our family home. Surrounded by the beauty of the sea and farmland (part of the Kaikoura Peninsula) we are ideally situated for walking around the Kaikoura Peninsula or to the Seal colony.We have two queen guest rooms each with their own ensuite bathroom. Relax in the garden, sit on the veranda or wander over to the beach to enjoy the peace and quiet of our rural setting. If you are an early riser make the most of the sunrise.
The Point farm originally covered 600 acres of farmland and ran 2000 sheep. Today we have 90 acres and run 300 Drysdale sheep on the farm which forms part of the Kaikoura Peninsula. While staying at The Point come and see the sheep shearing show and catch up with the famous "Ram Man"; he eats out of the palm of your hand. Please note: there is an extra charge to attend our Sheep Shearing Show.

Cozy Cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 Queen beds and 2 single beds. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer on the bottom. A cook top plus oven. A new fully tiled bathroom. Wifi and a Smart TV. In the 2 car garage is a BBQ the garage is fully lockable to keep your bikes and kayaks ect safe.In the laundry there is a fire extinguisher. A fist aid kit is in the pantry cupboard.

Easy walking distance to the township or restaurants.
CozyCottage also has a log fire for cozy winter nights and a heatpump also.
We have whalewatching by boat,helicopter or plane,swim with the dolphins,fishing charters, a great museum, kayaking around the Point, escape rooms, bike and walking tracks all around Kaikoura for the traveller's to explore Kaikoura. Kaikoura also has two fabulous Golf Courses if you fancy a game or two. Two bowling greens if you fancy a roll up. New tennis courts and aquatic centre 5 to 10 mins walk away from CozyCottage.
A great place to use as a base or to sit back and relax.

A bathroom with a shower over the bath. Wifi and a Smart TV. BBQ is on the deck .In the laundry there is a washing machine and tub. A fist aid kit is in the pantry cupboard.
