About Mercury Orchard Accommodation

Mercury Orchard is a place to relax, rejuvenate and just be. The private property of five acres combines country-style luxury accommodation with an organic mixed orchard and beautiful gardens set up to permaculture principals, old tall trees, countless flowers and birds.
Our guest are welcome to have a swim in our mineral salt water pool and interact with our friendly farm animals.

The Whare Ra is our luxury accommodation. A studio style cottage with a king size bed, full-size kitchen, on-suite bathroom with a shower, lounge with TV, a big sun deck, an old fashioned outdoor bath and a washing machine. For a surcharge, a fold-up bed for a child up to 12 years old OR a baby cot can be setup.
Please note: We can only accommodate ONE child in the Whare Ra. If you are a family of four please consider the Paua Bach.

The Paua Bach is a studio-style cottage with a queen and single bed. It accommodates up to three people. A baby cot can be added for a surcharge. The cottage features an on-suite bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchenette, two sundecks and a bbq on the private deck.

Complementary we provide beach towels as well as seasonal fresh fruit from the orchard, teas and coffee, olive oil and freshly ground salt and pepper.

We are happy to share our local knowledge and recommend places well off the beaten tourist track.

Stay close to Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach but away from the hustle and bustle.
