This private & secluded Boutique Lodge is an expansive 105 year old villa and is at the end of a spectacular 600m tree lined driveway. It is set among 2.5 hectares of mature gardens and magnificent 105+ year old Oak, Copper Beech, Chestnut and Cork trees.

The Lodge has 3 well appointed guest rooms, each with their own en-suite, so indulge yourself with luxury accommodation – country style - in one of Waikato’s historic residences.

Snuggle up in front of the open fire in winter in the Guest Lounge. Delicious fresh grown food is made from the lodge gardens. Full breakfast, hot drinks, home baking & WIFI included in tariff. You can also arrange to have your lunch and dinner at the Lodge!

The lodge has two lounges, dining room and a sunroom which leads into a courtyard for alfresco dining area.

There is a salt water swimming pool, a great selection of challenging outdoor pursuits available, such as archery, clay bird shooting, croquet, or you can take a relaxing stroll amongst the gardens and birdsong in the magnificent stand of 100 year old trees that seem to whisper their century old secrets...

Centrally located to Waikato & Bay of Plenty towns. 5 minutes to Morrinsville; 20 minutes to Hamilton City; 60 minutes to Tauranga and the Pacific Coast; 60 minutes to Rotorua & Wai-O-Tapu , the Geothermal capital of NZ; 20 minutes to Hobbiton & Matamata; 90 minutes to Auckland Airport.
From 5 to 30 minutes drive of the Lodge there are 10 golf courses.
