About Botanica Homestay

Botanica Homestay is a classic villa surrounded by beautiful, mature gardens, located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Miramar Peninsula in Wellington, where you will sleep on good quality beds in stylishly decorated rooms, or relax on a comfortable couch in the conservatory. You can watch a movie on a flat-screen TV, sit in the gardens and enjoy the flowers and trees, or drive the scenic route around the bays and arrive in Wellington City in only 10 to 15 minutes.

In the bed-and-breakfast area of the Botanica Homestay you will have the entire downstairs floor for your private use, catering for up to four guests. This includes:

- a "main" bedroom with a queen-size bed,
- a second bedroom with a king-size bed,
- a conservatory (or sunroom) with views of the front garden,
- a lounge with Sky TV and a computer,
- an outside sitting area, and
- a private bathroom.

You'll also enjoy free Wi-Fi and the use of a desktop computer, fridge, microwave, DVD player and SKY TV.

In the Garden Studio you have a specious room with a queen-sized bed, a modern private bathroom, a private deck with lounge suite, a kitchenette, a TV, a Blu-Ray/DVD/CD player and free Wi-Fi.

Prices start at $150 -$180 (breakfast optional) for 1-2 people per night. Extra adults pay $50 per person per night, but children under 12 pay only $25 per night. See our web site for more details. The Homestay caters for 4 people, the Studio for 2.
